Mount Carmel Community Health & Well Being
We are departments that extend our reach into the community and helps to provide free health services to those in need. Among the services the program provides are physical exams, diagnoses and treatments, health assessments and screenings, health education, and more.
Street Medicine
The Street Medicine mobile medical coach visits several established central Ohio sites on a rotating basis and offers urgent medical care, common medications, limited vaccinations, employment physicals, case management, and referrals to primary care and community resources.
