Enroll in your benefits using Workday within 30 days of your start date. Benefits will be waived if you do not enroll.

Benefits are effective the first day of employment.

You must provide dependent documentation within 30 days of hire in order to enroll dependents onto your plan. You can submit dependent documentation by creating a case in the HR4U Colleague Portal or fax 312-957-2567. Please include colleague name and ID number.

    New colleagues who wish to use payroll deductions via badge swipe to purchase items in MCHS gift shops and cafeterias must opt-in using these instructions. Payroll deduction via badge swipe will be limited to $250 per pay period, per location. Anything over $250 can be paid by debit/credit card or cash.
