Here, you won't just be receiving the highest level of care; you'll be receiving the most personal care as well. That’s because we’re as devoted to the way you receive treatment and support as we are with the treatment and support itself. From the people you work with to the support you receive, every encounter will be personal, compassionate, and focused on your well-being and comfort.

A cancer diagnosis can trigger lots of questions. Getting answers to those questions and having someone you can count on throughout the treatment process is as important to your recovery as it is to your well-being. That’s why Mount Carmel’s specially trained Oncology Nurse Navigators are such a valuable resource for you and your family. Your dedicated, personal navigator will:

  • Help you better understand the care system
  • Share insight on your diagnosis
  • Coordinate appointments and with your care team
  • Serve as your liaison with our clinical specialists
  • Provide fellowship and emotional support
  • Connect you with assistance, transportation, and other cost-saving resources
  • Make referrals to resources to assist in coping with side effects of treatment
     

They’re your caring, concerned, informed advocate at a time when it couldn’t be more needed. Your navigator will be available to you each step of the way and looking out for the next step as well — especially the step that gets you on to your life after cancer.

Making sure you live a healthy, fulfilling life during and after your cancer treatment is Mount Carmel Survivorship Services’ only goal. That’s why we’re devoted to offering guidance, support, education, and lifestyle programs to help you take each healing step on your journey with and after cancer. That includes:
